Your non-covert IR patch includes Garrison and Photoluminescent films. Each film is detected by the naked eye, so no elite IR equipment is necessary. If you are feeling vulnerable during your street patrols or evening runs, a non-covert IR patch will provide you with the needed protection. The Garrison Patch is also visible with a Night Vision Device in addition to reflecting white light to the naked eye.
